Tzvetelina Dimitrova joined the team of Georgiev, Todorov & Co. Law Offices in September 2015.

Tzvetelina graduated with honors from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2015. She is a PhD student in Private International Law at the department of “Internation Law and International Relations” in Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” under the supervision of prof. Natov, PhD, preparing a thesis with the topic “Mechanisms for International Investment Dispute Settlement”.

In 2014/2015 Tzvetelina participated in world’s largest competition in international commercial arbitration, the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, based on the rules of the International Court of Arbitration with the Paris International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Shereceived honorable mention for Best Memorandum for Respondent. In 2016 she was appointed as arbitrator in the same format. Tzvetelina took a course in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution at the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has worked on avoidance of contracts, performance and nonperformance of obligations of payment by letters of credit, and commodity market transactions.

In 2014 Tzvetelina won the EU law competition EUROPAEUS and was awarded a traineeship at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. She also took part in the 9th Conference of the European Anti-Fraud office (OLAF).

In 2016 she participated in the VI-th National Conference of PhD students in the field of legal studies, organized by the Institute state and law studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Science. She presented the topic “The reform in the investment dispute settlement mechanism: from ad hoc arbitration towards Investment court system”.

In 2016 she attended Summer School on European Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law, held in Reichenau and organized by the European Academy of LAW and ICT where she passed intensive training in the European regulatory framework in the field of intellectual property and information and communication technologies. She held a report on the issues of protection of European trademarks under Regulation 207/2009.

Tzvetelina has publication in the field of Labour Law.

She is member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2016.
