Lena Borislavova joined the team of Georgiev, Todorov & Co. Law Offices in September 2016.

Lena graduats first in her class from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2014. The next year she became a nominee of the Fulbright Foundation in Bulgaria and was accepted into the Master's program (LL.M.) in Law at the most prestigious university in the world - Harvard Law School, USA. At Harvard Lena specializes in M & A, commercial transactions and negotiations, tax and international financial law and investments. She completes a course in International commercial arbitration. Lena worked as an assistant of Prof. John Coates, and is currently preparing a publication with Prof. Jessie Fried comparing the legal framework and US case law in California and Delaware relating to conflict situations between entrepreneurs and investors in the start-up sector. While a student at Harvard she is a board member of the Harvard European Law Association and of the Harvard Law and Business Association.

In three consecutive years in 2012, 2013 and 2014 Lena participated in the team of Sofia University for the biggest competition in international public law worldwide – the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition, conducted under the rules of the UN Court taking place in Washington D.C., United States each year. She received the Alona Evans award for the best combined written memorials. In 2014, she was appointed as a coach of the team of Sofia University and in 2015/2016 helped the team Harvard Law School to prepare for the same competition.

In 2010/2011 Lena studied for half a year in Germany in the field of European contract and economic law. Prior to joining the firm Lena worked for four years in a German-Bulgarian law firm and advised foreign companies from German-speaking countries on investments in Bulgaria.She worked as a lawyer-linguist at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg with English and German language. She is member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2015.
