The event gave the opportunity for a comprehensive update on the new tax, IP rights and commercial relationships in Bulgaria.

Ms. Borislavova introduced the amendments to the Registered pledges act providing a critical evaluation of the new regime and highlighting some of its specifics. At the end of the presentation a Q&A session was held.
