Offices, represented by its Managing Partner Prof. Ivan Todorov, declares the “Policy and Strategic Objectives on the Quality, Information Security and Management of Georgiev, Todorov & Co. Law Offices” , which are aimed at satisfying the wishes and needs of customers and ensuring the security of information by managing and ensuring the properties of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

The law firm assumes responsibility and provides:

  • compliance with stakeholder requirements;
  • ensuring reliable protection of information in all business processes;
  • availability of the resources necessary for the implementation of this policy.

“Information security in the provision of legal advice (oral and written) on legal issues, preparation of opinions, analysis of legal and strategic documents, analytical work in the field of regulatory analysis and drafting of documents (manuals, rules, guidelines, forms), as well as carrying out procedural representation before the bodies of the judiciary and administrative bodies and other institutions, as well as before natural and legal persons, in accordance with the Declaration of Applicability version 3 / 03.04.2018”.

ISO 20000-1: 2011:
“Management of services in provision of legal advice (oral and written) on legal issues, preparation of opinions, analysis of legal and strategic documents, analytical work in the field of regulatory analysis and drafting of documents (manuals, rules, instructions, forms), as well as carrying out procedural representation before the bodies of the judiciary and administrative bodies and other institutions, as well as before natural and legal persons, in accordance with the Catalog of Services”.
