Adelina Stamenova graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2022. During her studies, she participated in various projects mainly in the field of civil and commercial law. Her professional experience began in 2016 with an internship in a law firm.

She graduated from a language high school with a profile in French and Russian language. In addition, she is fluent in English and enriches her knowledge with Legal English courses.

Adelina took part in seminars and conferences on European and International Law. She has participated in application procedures and in the implementation of European projects and public contracts, preparation of documentation for a diverse range of legal transactions, preliminary contracts, company documents and company registration, claims, warrant and executive proceedings, provision of legal opinions, etc. In March 2023 Adelina became part of the team of Georgiev, Todorov and Co. Law Firm as a jurisconsult.

In Georgiev, Todorov & Co., she mainly focuses on commercial and contract law, as well as administrative law and litigation.

Currently Adelina is pursuing studies in International Business and Corporate Law in Rome Business School.
